How the free trial works: 14 days, with one case included. A card is required to start. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged your plan’s monthly price on day 15 and every month after that. We email you before the first charge, and you can cancel online at any time.

How does the free trial work?
Choose Starter or Practice and add a card. For the next 14 days you can run one case with every feature. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged your plan’s monthly price on day 15 and every month after that. We email you a reminder before the first charge.
How do I cancel?
Online, at any time, from your account. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged. Cancel later and your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
What does the beta cost?
Nothing until the beta ends. Enter the code from your beta invite in the promotion code box at checkout. You add a card to set up your account, but nothing is charged during the beta. We will email you at least 30 days before the beta ends with your options, including founding-member pricing.
What if I need more cases in a month?
Each plan includes a set number of cases every month: 3 on Starter, 10 on Practice. If you regularly need more than 10, talk to us about the best rate for your volume.
What do you ask of beta nurses?
Run real cases and tell us what works and what does not. Much of what is in the product today came straight from beta feedback, often within days.
Can I use it for cases I bill attorneys for?
Yes. That is the point. The chronology goes out under your name and brand, and you set your own fees.
